We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
All content on this site, including images, designs, logos, product descriptions, and graphics, is the property of Dead Hook Designs and may not be reproduced, copied, or redistributed without written permission.
2. Products & Availability
All items are produced in small batches or made to order.
We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities

Discontinue products at any time

Update product descriptions or pricing without prior notice
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately; however, actual colors may vary depending on screen settings.
3. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before checkout.
Dead Hook Designs is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including:

Incorrect spelling

Incorrect sizing

Incorrect shipping address

Incorrect product selection
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
4. Custom Orders & Mockup Approval
For custom or special-order items, a digital mockup will be provided for customer approval before production begins.
Production will not begin until written approval is received.
Once a mockup is approved:

The order is considered final.

No further changes may be made.

The item becomes non-returnable unless there is a confirmed production error.
5. Processing & Shipping
Processing times vary by product and are listed within individual product descriptions.
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Dead Hook Designs is not responsible for:

Carrier delays
-
Lost packages
-
Damaged packages caused during transit
Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier when applicable.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are limited and only accepted in cases of confirmed order miscommunication or verified production error.
Special-order, custom, event-exclusive, and made-to-order items are final sale unless there was a confirmed mistake made by Dead Hook Designs.
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Event Pickup
Customers selecting Event Pickup must retrieve their order at the designated event.
If an order is not picked up at the event:

The customer may be invoiced for shipping.

Orders will not be refunded due to failure to attend.
Event details will be provided via email prior to the event date.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, layouts, and branding elements on this website are owned by Dead Hook Designs.
Unauthorized use, duplication, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
Dead Hook Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
