Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on the product and current order volume.
Each product listing includes its estimated processing timeframe. Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before it ships and does not include transit time.
If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us prior to purchasing to confirm availability.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Orders are shipped via USPS or the carrier selected at checkout.
Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Dead Hook Designs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Dead Hook Designs is not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If a package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or investigation.
We are happy to assist by providing tracking information and documentation if needed.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Dead Hook Designs is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Dead Hook Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Event Pickup (Dallas Area)
Customers attending select Dallas-area events may choose Event Pickup (when applicable) at checkout to avoid shipping fees.
Pickup instructions and event details will be sent via email prior to the event.
Orders not picked up at the event may require additional shipping charges and will not be refunded due to non-attendance.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. Dead Hook Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
