Return & Exchange Policy
Dead Hook Designs takes pride in producing carefully made, small-batch items. Due to the nature of our products, returns are limited.
Returns
Returns are accepted only in cases of confirmed order miscommunication or verified production error.
If you believe there was an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number so the situation can be reviewed.
All return requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Mockups & Order Approvals (For Custom / Special Orders)
For custom or special-order items, a digital mockup will be provided for approval before production begins.
Once a mockup has been reviewed and approved by the customer, the order is considered finalized. Changes cannot be made after approval, and the item becomes non-returnable unless there was a confirmed production error on the part of Dead Hook Designs.
Production will not begin until approval has been received.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:

Custom or special-order items (after mockup approval)

Event-exclusive merchandise

Made-to-order products

Items that have been used or altered
These items may only be eligible for replacement if there was a confirmed error made by Dead Hook Designs.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Dead Hook Designs is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit. If a package is lost or damaged, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, unless production has already begun.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
